Yahoo’s People of the Web series has two interesting segments with evangelical implications:
HugNation: A retired Baptist minister in his 90’s and his pink-haired grandson have become ‘Net phenoms by espousing the healing power of hugs.
Kirk Cameron: While his attempt at his recent debate with an atheist was, perhaps, questionable, this profile shows a man passionate about introducing people to Christ. I ended up liking Cameron more than I thought I would.
Both of these segments become a study in radically different approaches to spreading the love of God to those around us. It’s almost like God uses all kinds of people, huh?
