At Catalyst magazine, Fred Sanders has some useful thoughts on finding theology resources on the internet--including, of course, quite a few links.
In the course of pointing out the best resources, he observes that the web has done wonders for making classic theological texts and other artifacts of the print era available to internet-using readers around the world (want to read the Summa Theologica in its entirety? You're in luck). But to date the internet has not spawned any widely-recognized new theological work. That said, several of the online theological journals he references look promising.
