I know. I know. That sounds like an oxymoron. Usually church sites are anything but great. Shame.
I posted some resources earlier for church websites, but I've also come across this cool tool called Great Church Websites. Talk about a labor of love. This guy's going through a list of 5,000 churches he has and evaluating their websites. So far he has around 500 websites in the database.
Of course the site doesn't make it in the list unless it's great, according to a solid criteria he's established. You can search for sites by region or by features (types of menus, backgrounds, images, etc.). So it could be an awesome resource for churches working to redesign their website.
He also has the most comprehensive list of website service companies specifically for churches.
