We just put up a new poll. It's a straight forward yes or no question: Have you ever read a banned book?
Here's the list that the ALA publishes if you need a refresher. Feel free to post in the comments which ones you have read.
Over the last week we asked you to chime in on how long you've been using your current translation of the bible. 147 of you voted:
26 (18%) said "As long as I can remember"
31 (21%) said "11-20 years"
18 (12%) said "6-10 years"
47 (32%) said "1-5 years"
10 (7%) said "For about a year"
15 (10%) said "I just started reading this version"
Thanks for voting!

Why Where's Waldo?, though? Does anyone know what's offensive about that one?
The Giver being banned doesn't make sense at all to me.
I mean, To Kill a Mockingbird?....Mark Twain? what could possibly happen if we were to read these books?
God gave us a brain for the purpose of discernment (among other things) - I hope most of us use our own brains to determine what is or isn't ok to read.
