‘Penguins’ director: Christians hijacked my film

Because most of the time, humans can't look at something and not think about themselves, some Christians have seen good ole conservative values in the feather-tuxedoed birds of the film March of the Penguins. They not only see the case against evolution, they see support for nature's own monogamy values. But the filmmaker, Luc Jacquet, is not as convinced:

"If you want an example of monogamy, penguins are not a good choice," Jacquet told The Times. "The divorce rate in emperor penguins is 80 to 90 per cent each year. ... After they see the chick is OK, most of them divorce. They change every year."(Read more)
