If you're like me, one of your Christmas traditions is taking the time to watch one or two shamelessly feel-good, morally-uplifiting, everything-works-out-in-the-end holiday movies without feeling even the slightest bit silly. Cher at The Culture Beat has made a list of her favorite Christmas films and TV shows, with some pieces of trivia about each.
Lots of holiday classics on Cher's list, including of course the Peanuts Christmas special (the blatant Christianity of which is so startling that I always wonder what it's still doing on network TV). What would you add to her list? What movies or TV shows, if any, do you make a point of watching every year as the holidays roll around?
As for me, I think I'd add Millions to the list, but it's otherwise pretty complete.
