You may recall the sad news late last year that three climbers perished on Mt. Hood. One of the climbers was the brother of Reformed Theological Seminary president Frank James, who has put up a blog in honor of the climbers. Particularly noteworthy is a post last Sunday about his own struggle to answer that most difficult of questions: "Where was God?"
It must be difficult exposing your thoughts about such an intimate spiritual question, especially for somebody in a prominent church leadership position; but I'm glad that James is opening his thought process to others. If you've got any insight or ideas, stop over and join the discussion.
