World AIDS Day - Think Christian

Today is World AIDS Day, a day when we're encouraged to learn more about the AIDS situation and support ministries that are working to confront it. Crosswalk has a writeup about Christian ministries that are involved in the fight against AIDS.

I note that a number of ministries and organizations have World AIDS Day-related pages and campaigns going on--glancing quickly around the web, I see one at Food for the Hungry, the Christian Reformed World Relief Committee, World Vision, and probably many others. Do you have any worthwhile links to add to the list, for somebody interested in learning more about AIDS and Christian efforts to fight it?
