Thanks for this. It reflects how Micah 6:8 looks in practice. Trying to do justly, love mercy and walk humbly requires the kind of attitude you describe. Although I think I'd probably leave a nice yellow note on the car in the fire zone unless it was the kind of car that made it completely obvious the driver could afford the ticket.
