Mice in the image of God?

Can an experiment modifying mice with human DNA tell us anything about the way people are made in the image of God?

Hi, Praise the Lord! I'm tossed with a coming up with an immediate decision. A part of me says leave the mice alone and God's knowledge is past finding out! If the research helps drug abused newborns, handicapped children and adults then yes, maybe there's a greater purpose. We need more Saints to save this world and worship God.
