Sorry to burst your bubble, but Mad Max Fury Road isn't a reboot. It is a continuation of the Mel Gibson trilogy. After Beyond Thunderdome, Max is still haunted by the sins of his past. This is a true redemption story. It follows Furiosa more than it does Max, but leaves the window open for a sequel.
