The Theology and Ethos of Think Christian
On our About Us page, we provide a good overview of our goal here at Think Christian: to bring intentionality and discipleship into the lives of Christian fans of pop culture. But more could be said about how and why we do what we do.
AT TC, we recognize God’s sovereignty over all culture. As we watch movies or television shows, play video games, or listen to music, we ask how this media interacts with God’s story, reflects his gospel, or illustrates our need for his gospel. In this way, we can see glimpses of God’s truth in unlikely places. We try to answer these questions with grace, appreciation, and discernment.
The three articles below delve more deeply into Think Christian’s purpose, guiding principles, and theological framework. What does it mean to think Christianly about the music, movies, television shows, and games that surround us? Read on to find out.
