Reconciling faith and reason, with some help from the heady world of baseball statistics.
As a believer, I do understand the line of reasoning in this piece. However for someone who does not embrace our faith I see this as very easy to take apart. Your point for example about the witness of the bible itself. If I am a person who doesn't believe in the existence of
God to begin with, I would most certainly find no value in the book. Then there's the popular objections to authorship, and so on and so on. Overall I guess a decent "in house" article, but I would caution using it's reasoning as an apologetic with those outside the faith.
