Great film.
If you haven't seen it, make the effort.
My own brother in adopted and I have seen him also go through this worldly process of seeking out his birth mother.
The film highlights how God's gift of agape love goes beyond the racial and cultural boundaries that we, as humans impose upon ourselves.
As adopted children of God, working our way home to Our Father's Kingdom and Heavenly culture, there were parallels of the pain and emptiness we experience when we're severed from Him and then the overwhelming joy when that relationship is re established through the grace of Christ and a repentant heart hungry for restoration and renewal found in our Lord Jesus.
