Great article! I picked up on a lot of these same themes as I listened to the new album. I think "Smithsonian" especially is a brilliant encapsulation of the painful reality of "life ain't forever and lunch isn't free" that we all must face up against as we try to make the most of our time in this world.

Makes me think of Solomon's writing, "And therefore I was weary of my life, when I saw that all things under the sun are evil, and all vanity and vexation of spirit."
