Recent updates to the role-playing game’s “races” carry important theological implications.

Interesting article (and move on D&D’s parent company’s part). Not sure what I think about it. I haven’t played D&D in a long time, but I have to say this reminds me of the recasting of characters like they did with the quintessential bad-guy in the movie Bram Stoker’s Dracula and many traditionally evil characters in Disney’s canon to make them victims of their pasts versus mono-directional foils for the story line. Has me considering … is a movie sympathetic to Judas going to recast his role in history as victim just around the corner?
