If we're talking confessional, I will confess that I love Inside Amy Schumer. It's funny. It is raunchy, but, for once, it's raunch from a woman's perspective. As someone who married young, though, I find it is also really helpful in shaping my pastoral imagination about what it is like to be a young adult woman who is trying to sort out her romantic life. Yes. It's not the Christian ideal for living. But, in all honesty, very few of us measure up to the Christian ideal.
